What to Expect

  • Variety of stage types: flat, criterium, time trial, hilly, and mountain
  • Sprint and climb points available on most stages
  • Individual time trial through Parc du Mont-Royal, Quebec
  • Legendary Alpe d'Huez climb in the Queen Stage
  • Rest day for recovery and catch-up opportunities

How to Participate

  • Sign up for individual stages as they become available
  • Complete stages at your own pace during the event window
  • Compete for overall classification and stage victories
  • Form teams and compete for team classification

Important Notes

  • • 10 time slots available per stage across different time zones
  • • The first 3 stages will be available for catch-up during the rest day
  • • Climbing points are doubled on Stage 4 (hilly) and Stage 5 (Alpe d'Huez)
  • • All stages will be available on the TrainingPeaks Virtual platform
