This is a Sotonia hosted event, primarily intended for all riders in British Cycling South region, but open for all to enter. This is a 34 lap race around the flat 500 metre Forest velodrome. After five "sighting" laps, 2 riders will be eliminated every other lap, starting on lap 6. That means that the sprints come every kilometre, about every 70 to 80 seconds. Field size is set to 30, so if we don't get enough humans, the rest of the field will be supplemented with aggressive bots. Thanks for entering, and enjoy the race!
