Quality Control: SweetSpot into VO2 blocks

A taster session from our upcoming Pick 'n' Mix packages ... After a gradual warmup and some opener efforts, we will do 5x4min Sweetspot blocks at 90% with a short 1min rest in-between. We then do 3x3min at 115% to finish off the session! Tip: Try to keep controlled and stick to the target in the SweetSpot blocks. This will give you the best chance of hitting the final three efforts with quality. Adapted from a workout by Lionel Vujasin - "The Generous"
