Drill 1: Upper body technique low cadence work
3 x 2 mins medium at low cadence / 1 min recovery
Drill 2: Calf flexion pedaling low cadence work
3 x 2 mins High medium pedaling / 1 min recovery
Drill 3: Foot Position - Heel up , top of pedal stroke glute stabs
1 x 5 mins 30 Glute stabs / 30 sec recovery
Drill 4: Foot Position - Heel up , Bottom of pedal stroke glute/quad push throughs
1 x 5 mins 30 Glute push throughs / 30 sec recovery
Drill 5: Foot position- Heel up, bottom of pedal stroke hamstring lift ups
1 x 5 mins 30 Hamstring lifts / 30 sec recovery
Drill 6: All together now!
3 x 2 mins low cadence putting all the key moments. 1 min recovery
