This is the FGW aka Fingolian Winter Tuesday Evening Group ride organised by Team Fingolia Continental. 3 laps on Coastal Loop, usually at an increasing pace for the all indoor winter season. 1st lap Rubber Band will be set at 100, 2nd lap for today at 60 and 3rd lap Rubber Band will be OFF. Every week the 2nd lap rubber band strength will be few % weaker. 1st and last lap Rubber Band setting will remain constant. In the spring, for three rides only, we switch ride type from group ride format to race and held three Velocity Vector Spring Races. The course stays always the same Coastal Loop 3 times.
