Goal/Target of session - Improve aerobic threshold and ability to clear lactate from the muscles.

This session will be working on improving your FTP and your ability to hold it for longer periods. This is a great session to acheive some of the benefits of the longer threshold intervals but in a shorter amount of time.

You will be working right at the top of Z4 threshold and touching low VO2 Z5.
