Time 18:00 - https://tpvirtualhub.com/ Threshold tonight! - We will try and use TPv but if session does not appear when you join the meet up then just complete indivual either on TPv or Zwift. - Zoom also available https://zoom.us/j/6434358968 -Primary Training ability - Muscular endurance Secondary Training ability - Aerobic endurance Goal/Target of session - Improve aerobic threshold and ability to clear lactate from the muscles. - Working at threshold intensity is directly designed to improving your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and your ability to hold it for longer durations. - During this session you will complete an endurance block which will help build your aerobic engine and act as a good warm up before the main threshold block. - The recovery intervals are short which will allow you to recover slightly but not fully so physiologically you will be fast-tracked back to working at threshold fast when you start the next interval.
