Goal/Target of session - Build endurance both aerobically and anaerobically with some muscular endurance thrown in!

This is another great all rounder session to "fool" the body! A classic pyramid but the sting in the tail is that you will be completing it twice!

This session will be working from zone2 endurance up to VO2 and back down again which you will do twice! The session intervals increase in intensity but reduce in duration with short periods of recovery. This then flips to reducing in intensity and increasing in duration as you work back down. Just when you think it is all over you will be doing it all again!

This is a great way to shock the system and target all training zones from endurance up to VO2.

This session generally works best on the turbo due to the number/intensity of the intervals.
