Warm-up thoroughly over 12 minutes, and recover for 3 minutes before jumping into the main set.
3 x " Batman" Intervals
5:00 - sweet spot intervals with 30s bursts at the beginning and end (and 4 minutes of sweet spot in the middle).
Recover 5 minutes between each.
Cool down over 5 minutes after the last interval.
