FGW Motopacer Group Ride

Moto-paced ride with a NZ pace bot. Motopacing is a good way to practice the high RPM low torque power production necessary for making quick accelerations at speed, in addition to learning how to stay in the draft and save energy. The goal of motopacing is to gradually train your body to sustain efforts at and above race speeds. Pacer bot goes away after 30 km.
