Follow the pacer bot as it slowly winds up the pace from 3w/kg to 5w/kg. Work on your drafting and try and hold the bot's wheel for 35k, then the last 5k all bets are off - try and break away and stay away from the bots or sit in a group at a pace you are comfortable with.
