This series of workouts is a great way to steadily build your power and fitness over the winter. There is a steady progression each week and the series continues all the way up until the final week of March. It includes a nice mix of threshold, VO2 and anaerobic work, which should see each of your energy systems develop over the course of the 20-weeks, which is particularly useful if you like a bit of racing.
