This series of workouts is a great way to steadily build your power and fitness over the winter. There is a steady progression each week and the series continues all the way up until the final week of March.It includes a nice mix of threshold, VO2 and anaerobic work, which should see each of your energy systems develop over the course of the 20-weeks, which is particularly useful if you like a bit of racing.

RIAK Race Builder 15 - Anaerobic Repeatability: 1min intervals

Run this session off ERG mode if your trainer has it. The anaerobic intervals are max effort time trials, so don't worry too much about the power targets, they're just a guide.
If your power on the 1min efforts drops below 130% of FTP, call it a day.
