The Sunday Medio Fondo is a way to both build strength and friendship with other TrainingPeaks Virtual riders. You can do the Medio Fondo as a race or as a ride. The field size will be around 150–200 so there will be plenty of small groups to follow and ride with. There will be different courses each week. Some flat, some more hilly. We use Tier 1 (you must use a Smart Trainer, a heart rate monitor and register cadence) and riders that are flagged by the performance verification system will be automatically removed (if so please send your fit-file to George Gilbert for analysis and suggestions of how to avoid this in the future). The fastest riders can expect a finish time between 1:45-2:30.
