Dieses Workout stammt aus dem 12-Wochen-Trainingsplan, den die Jungs von RAD RACE kostenfrei (DANKE!!!) auf ihrer Seite zum Download anbieten (https://www.rad-race.com/paincave). Wer den Plan am 25. November startet, aber die darin enthaltenen Mittwochs-HIIT-Einheiten lieber am Donnerstag fahren möchte, kann dies gern in den nächsten Wochen hier mit uns machen. Gemeinsam leidet es sich doch viel einfacher ;) This workout is from the 12-week training plan that the guys from RAD RACE offer for free (THANKS!!!) to download on their website (https://www.rad-race.com/paincave). If you start the plan on November 25th but would prefer to do the Wednesday HIIT sessions on Thursday, you are welcome to do this with us here in the next few weeks. It's much easier to suffer together ;)

4x4 - solid classic. The work phases should feel hard, but still controlled, by minute 2 at the latest. If you need to go all-out, back off a little - less is more. If you overdo it, the training loses its purpose.
