This is the FGW aka Fingolian Winter Tuesday Velocity Vector Group ride - 3 lap Coastal Loop for the all indoor winter season. 1st lap Rubber Band will be set at 100, 2nd and 3rd lap Rubber Band will be OFF. With this ride we have reached 2nd lap Rubber Band Zero setting! Spring is near and next week there will be NO GROUP RIDE!
